🌀 Mid-Month Meditation
Mid-Month Meditation is a monthly, open space for those who create, lead, and hold projects in the world to come together in a moment of stillness and meditation.
It is a time to nurture the “still space within” during these dynamic times we live in—while also strengthening our individual and group field together with other creators, entrepreneurs, and leaders who work on creating a future to thrive in in their own ways.
The format follows the structure of a short guided drop-in, followed by silent meditation for ~30 minutes. After the meditation there is an optional space to share insights, impressions, or questions with each other. It’s not a place to teach or preach but a space to connect to oneself as part of a group meditation.
If you would like to learn more, read on. If you’d like to join, use the sign-up form below or reach out to me (Philip).

Enter your email to receive calendar invites for all upcoming meditation sessions, including the Zoom dial-in info. These will be automatic Google Calendar invites. Check your spam in case you don’t receive them right away.
To answer some frequently asked questions upfront:
- We hold the meditation in a Zoom call - not in person. Please read below for details. The calendar invite has the dial-in info.
- You can join a subset of the meditations. You don’t have to show up for each month. If you even feel like joining one of the meditations, that’s OK. No pressure. Just an open invite.
How it works
Mid-Month Meditation is a 30-minute meditation with optional sharing. All times are in Central European Time (Berlin). We follow this flow:
- 5:00–5:05 pm — We open the Zoom call and have time for a brief intro to the space.
- 5:05–5:35 pm — The meditation begins. To hold our focus and group cohesion, there will be no more entries after 5:05 pm. If you can’t make it in time, you can also meditate by yourself and connect that way.
- We’ll have a short guided drop-in. Otherwise it is a ~30-minute silent meditation where everybody can follow their own meditation practice.
- 5:35 pm–end — After the meditation, we have an optional ~20 minutes for sharing. If you want to move on after the meditation, you can leave the call. Or you can stay and share or listen to shares until the end.
- In this optional sharing, we open the space to share any impressions, insights, or questions that arose during the meditation. It’s a space to share openly and listen from the heart.
- 5:55 pm latest — We close the space.
You are invited to join for the first ~35 minutes (meditation) or to stay for the sharing. Whatever works best for you on that given day.
Who this is for
The space is open for all levels of meditation experience. You are very welcome regardless of whether you are a long-term practitioner, you are just beginning, you meditate daily, or you only occasionally take the time to sit. Please note that we will not go into theory or any specific teachings during our calls. If you have never meditated before and would like to join, please read the sections below for valuable pointers and practices.
Dates & times
The meditation is every “middle Wednesday” of the month from 5–6 pm CET (Berlin), and we’re holding this space until the end of 2026. To give space to cyclical re-evaluation, I commit to hosting for half a year at a time. The current dates are:
- July 15th, 2026
- August 12th, 2026
- September 16th, 2026
- October 14th, 2026
- November 18th, 2026
- December 9th, 2026
Do I have to attend all meditations?
You don’t need to attend all meditations. No pressure. Just an open invitation.
Inviting others
To invite others, share this page with them so they know what they’d say yes to.
What if I never meditated?
If you have never meditated before, you are still welcome, but be aware that we won’t go into techniques or teachings in this session except for a short guided drop-in at the beginning of the meditation. The focus is on meditating together, followed by a space to share.
If you’d like to practice a bit by yourself, you could use recordings like this 10-Minute or this 20-Minute meditation, download Insight Timer for guided meditations, or check out apps like Headspace or Calm, which have great introductions to meditation.
Who is inviting and holding this?
If you don’t know me yet, my name is Philip Stehlik. I’ve been meditating for over a decade and have been part of a number of different spiritual groups and schools, finding my own path. My experience is that meditation in groups can elevate each individual’s practice and amplify the intentions of each one significantly. I’ve also built large-scale companies, invest in startups addressing the climate crisis, create communal spaces, retreats, and am coaching people 1on1. I couldn’t shake off the vision of a group meditation space specifically for those who (like me) live the life of “being out in the world” while also looking deeply within. Mid-Month Meditation is that space.
